BLUESFEST: A TRIBUTE TO ROBERT JOHNSON

Levine celebrates a uniquely American art form, the blues.

Lecture: The Life of Robert Johnson

Our special guest artist John Hammond, star of the BBC documentary “The Search for Robert Johnson,” will present a lecture on the life of Robert Johnson, including his musical development, performances and travels, romances, his mythic “pact with the devil,” and his untimely death. There will be time for questions from the audience.
