Georgetown Prep's Figge Theater
A true musical theatre phenomenon, JEKYLL & HYDE attracted legions of loyal fans even before the show began its smash-hit Broadway run.
An evocative tale of the epic battle between good and evil, JEKYLL & HYDE is based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart. Convinced the cure for his father's mental illness lies in the separation of Man's evil nature from his good, Dr. Henry Jekyll unwittingly unleashes his own dark side, wreaking havoc in the streets of late 19th century London as the savage, maniacal Edward Hyde.

Group sales ($15 ticket)for groups of 10 or more are available for purchase by calling the Maryland Campus.
Tickets are also available to purchase before each show for $20.
All seating is general admission and all tickets will be held at will call. All ticket sales are final.

Back for its second year! This three-week summer intensive is designed for middle school and high school students interested in developing both their individual and ensemble performing skills. Guest artists join Levine's expert faculty in coaching students on audition techniques, character development, monologue selection & performance, song selection & interpretation, and basic musical theater blocking and movement. The intensive culminates in a cabaret-style performance showcasing the material covered during the program, as well as a workshop and critiqued performance with master guest artist Roger Grodsky, Associate Professor of Musical Theater from the renowned University of Cincinnati -- College-Conservatory of Music (CCM)!

Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at Levine’s Maryland campus at Strathmore.
Tuition for each production, if cast: $800 (includes $100 costume fee).
(High School)
Returning after a highly popular inaugural year! High school students interested in exploring character development, performance skills, movement for the singer and many other theater skills are invited to audition for the showcase program. Space is limited.
Musical Theater Showcase is specifically tailored to allow the student the option of participating either in one semester or the full year. Each semester will cast and stage a full musical and culminate in a weekend of concert-style performances in a black box setting at the conclusion of the semester.
Auditions for the Fall semester will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 and auditions for the Spring semester will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013.
